Hanking Logistics Park, formally known as the Industrial Processing, Logistics, Distribution and Circular-Industry Base Project, is located in the Lagu area of the Shenfu Reform and Innovation Demonstration Zone, Liaoning Province, on a planned site of approximately 45 hectares. Drawing on Hanking’s industrial foundation in mining, metallurgy and industrial operations, the project is planned as an integrated industrial-logistics and circular-economy platform serving manufacturers’ needs for materials supply, production and sales, and the circulation of recovered materials.

The park borders the Xinshentong route to the west and is close to the planned main line of the Shenyang metropolitan-area ring expressway, approximately two to three kilometres from a planned interchange. According to the project’s promotional materials, once completed it will connect rapidly to Liaoning’s expressway network and serve Shenyang, Anshan, Yingkou, Panjin, Tieling, Fushun and surrounding areas, providing convenient trunk transportation links among mines, industrial parks, factories and ports.
The park is planned to integrate logistics, information and capital and create a comprehensive supply-chain hub combining transportation, warehousing, processing, trading, information and financial services. Once in operation, its overall annual cargo throughput is expected to exceed four million tonnes, improving regional industrial-logistics efficiency through large-scale distribution and specialist services.
The core business will be the collection, distribution and transportation of bulk cargo for mining, metallurgy and heavy industry, supported by new-energy vehicle transportation and distribution and industrial coordination within a zero-carbon park. Plans also include a platform for industrial warehousing, consolidated distribution and trading, a digital logistics cloud platform and a park carbon-management platform, coordinating storage, transport, distribution, transactions and energy management.
Under the master plan, the park will include integrated warehouses, production and processing buildings, service facilities and parking, with a planned gross floor area of approximately 206,400 square metres. It will provide 693 parking spaces, including 441 spaces for heavy trucks. Large-scale warehousing, heavy-vehicle circulation and the internal road network will provide the physical foundation for bulk industrial logistics.

For green and low-carbon operations, distributed solar generation is planned on building roofs. Together with green-power supply, energy storage, waste-heat utilisation and new-energy heavy trucks, it will support coordination between energy and logistics systems. The park’s carbon-management platform will connect with the logistics cloud platform to provide digital support for energy-use management, transportation scheduling and operating-cost reduction.
A new-energy charging and battery-swap station is planned on the southern side of the park to meet transportation needs. The supporting project completed filing in July 2026, covers a planned site of approximately 29,000 square metres, and proposes two battery-swap stations, two charging clusters and eight charging terminals, together with heavy-truck parking and reserved charging spaces, strengthening energy-replenishment capacity for freight vehicles.

The charging and battery-swap area also includes plans for the Hanking New Energy Service Centre and a substation. The service centre will have a gross floor area of approximately 700 square metres and provide offices, a dining area and basic services; the substation will have a gross floor area of approximately 126 square metres. A restrained white and blue-grey architectural palette and rooftop photovoltaic systems will integrate operating services, energy supply and green-building principles.

As construction progresses and businesses are introduced, Hanking Logistics Park will continue to strengthen supporting services in land, energy, transport capacity, finance and digitalisation. It will seek to attract companies in mining, metallurgy, heavy industry, bulk commodities trading, new-energy logistics, warehousing and processing, creating a collaborative platform for green bulk logistics and circular industries rooted in Shenfu and serving Liaoning and Northeast China.
