Hanking Group’s corporate mission is “Beyond Ourselves, Give Back to Society.” The corporate mission defines the objective of an enterprise’s development, the purpose and rationale for its existence, and the most fundamental motivation for all of its business activities.
Beyond Ourselves
A value-creating enterprise creates value not only for its shareholders, but also for employees and other stakeholders. “Beyond Ourselves” means that the realisation of employee value and the survival and development of the enterprise must never be confined to the narrow sphere of the self. It is important not only to achieve self-fulfilment, but, more fundamentally, to maintain the drive to move continually beyond oneself. Individual employees should realise their own potential while focusing on maximising the value of their teams and the enterprise. The enterprise as a whole should pursue the greatest possible value for society and fulfil its social responsibilities comprehensively while developing the business and creating value.
Give Back to Society
“Give Back to Society” means more than a simple financial return from an enterprise to society. More importantly, it means becoming a responsible corporate citizen respected by society and upon which society can rely. Hanking Group provides substantial employment, contributes extensively to charitable causes and public-welfare activities, and makes every effort to support local public finances. These are all concrete expressions of giving back to society, while fully implementing the principles of safety, green development and harmony is an even more important responsibility of corporate citizenship.

Hanking Group’s corporate spirit is “Pursue Excellence, Uphold Integrity and Innovate.” The corporate spirit clearly expresses the enterprise’s guiding mindset and operating principles and reflects its defining character.

Uphold Integrity and Innovate
Upholding integrity means staying on the right path: operating sustainably in accordance with laws and regulations and fully discharging social responsibilities across health and safety, ecological and environmental protection, harmonious community relations (HSEC), employment and taxation. Innovation means keeping pace with the times, advancing the enterprise creatively, achieving high-quality development and continuing to create value for society.
