On September 26, Madam Yang (chairwoman of Hanking Group) pressed a photo-magnetic sensor in the Lido Hall of Sheraton Shenyang Lido Hotel, together with Mr. Wang Zhishi (vice-chairman of Provincial People's Political Consultative Conference), Mr. Zeng Shaojin (vice chairman of China Mining Association), and Mr. Zhang Min (chairman of Fushun People’s Political Consultative Conference). The unveiling of a copper plate imprinted “Aoniu Mining” indicates the establishment of Fushun Hanking Aoniu Mining Co., Ltd. and it is the beginning of strategic restructuring of Hanking Group, a private enterprise that operates in different areas with multiple development. After a period of development, “Aoniu Mining” will be qualified to enter Chinese A-share market. Mr. Wang Zhijian, vice president of First Capital Securities Co., Ltd., predicted that Aoniu Mining would be the leader of similar shares in A-share market for its important status in mining industry.
The former name of “Aoniu Mining” is “Aoniu Iron Mine Co., Ltd.”，which is the core mining enterprise in Hanking mining. In September 2007, Hanking Group started the incorporation of Aoniu Mining Co., Ltd. After several months’ operation, Aoniu Mining Co., Ltd. was established with 100 million registered capital and 100 million shares raised internally. 
Madam Yang said at the ceremony that the object of Aoniu Mining is to be a public company, and it is the dream of all the Hanking employees. Hanking Group is one of the largest private enterprises producing iron concentrate in Liaoning Province and was listed in top 100 tax paying enterprises in China. Aoniu Mining will acquire all the mining and processing enterprises in Hanking Group by the end of this year, and will put Aoniu Mining into A-share market as soon as possible. Aoniu will develop the mineral resources in China and abroad to realize the scalization and internationalization. 
Mr. Wu Guang, executive vice mayor of Fushun City, said at the ceremony that Hanking Group is the excellent representative of Fushun enterprises, it has market experience and could stand at the top of the strong private enterprises in Liaoning province, even in China. The establishment of Hanking Group set an example and gave the direction for the operation quality of private enterprises, which will promote the economy development of Fushun.
