On December 27, 2007, the first associators' Congress of Fushun Charity Federation was held in multifunctional hall of Friendship Hotel. The leaders, such as Mr. Chen Yong, secretary of municipal committee of the CPC, Mr. Sun Decheng, director of standing committee attended the congress. The congress was hosted by Mr. Wang Qiang. Madam Yang Min was invited to attend the congress.
During the meeting, Madam Yang was elected the honorary president of charity federation and read the proposal letter, calling on all the people, especially the social entrepreneur to shoulder social responsibilities and support the charity with loving care.
