On September 19, Madam Yang Min attended the party for the first Liaoning Constructor Medal.
On the evening, the winners of the first Liaoning Constructor Medal were commended. Madam Yang, chairperson of Hanking Group was awarded the medal. Before the party, Mr. Wang Weizhong, secretary of the standing committee met the winners and offered his congratulations.
It is said that the appraisal of the first Constructor Medal was executed by the leaders group comprising of the United Front Work Department, Provincial Publicity Department, Chamber of Industry & Commerce, with the principle of public, justice and fair. At last, the leaders group decided to commend 20 representatives from the new social stratification.
