Fushun Hanking Aoniu Iron Mine located inside Hou’an town, Fushun County, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, is the core mining company under the Mining Corporation. The mining site was constructed into production in 1992 with registered capital of 100 million yuan. The total assets are 680 million yuan. The company has 400 employees. The open mining excavation is mainly by large-scale mechanized equipments. The kind of ore is mainly quartzite strip magnet-based, belonging to Anshan metamorphic iron-silicon iron ore deposit type. The average ore grade is 33%. The superficial ore reserve quantity explored is 14 million tons.

The existing annual output of production is: 1.87 million tons of iron ore, 750,000 tons of fine iron powder with average grade reaches to 66.7%. After technological renovation to mining, 330,000 tons of iron ore and 130,000 tons of fine iron powder can be increased.
