Shenyang Toyo Steel Co., Ltd., founded on December 3, 1993, is a Sino-Japanese joint venture enterprise for producing special steel and a subsidiary company of Fushun Hanking Group Co., Ltd. The whole production line employs advanced Japanese technology and facilities, including Japanese NKK 60 tons ultra-high power electric arc Furnace, 70 tons LF ladle refining furnace, 70t VD furnace, bloom continuous caster for alloy steel (R16m), and a semi-continuous rolling production line for alloy steel bars and rods, consisting of American BIRDS BORO (φ720mm) rolling mill and equipped with physical and chemical testing equipment and gas analyzer, such as LECD analysis instruments for N2 & O2 and Shimazu Spectrometer.
The products include bearing steel, gear steel, spring steel, alloy steel, alloyed tool steel, carbon tool steel, high speed tool steel, forging quality steel, rods and tube billet (φ40～150mm), and other products per customers required standard, such as ISO, ASTM, SKF, JIS, DIN.
Cooperating with Beijing Central Iron & Steel Research Institute, University of Science and Technology Beijing and Northeastern University, the company established research and development center for iron and steel.
