The company locates in Jingjia village Shiwen town Fushun city, with site areas of 112,080 square meters and floor areas of 20,000 square meters. The total investment is RMB 60,000,000 and the annual capacity is to produce pig iron 300,000 tons.
Since the company was founded, we took the customer’s requirements as our responsibility to win the market in intense competition. We strictly follow “The Quality Management System Requirements” GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO 9001:2000 and the company developments rapidly. Our products include various pig iron series, such as nodular cast iron (GB 1412-85), pig iron for steel making (GB 717-98) and casting pig iron (GB 718-82). Featured by low sulfur and phosphorus, our products were popular and sold not only to domestic provinces but also to other countries and areas, such as Japan and east Europe. The social and economic benefits of the company progressed greatly.
The factory includes one workshop for finished products, two workshops for semi-finished products and tow auxiliary workshops. There are two 128m3 blast furnaces in the workshop for finished products. The workshop for semi-finished products is divided into two spans, one is for box sintering and the other is for shaft furnace, producing sinter and pellets. The auxiliary workshop is for casting, producing dies for cast-iron machine and the bar grates.
