On August 8, 1992 Fushun Hanking Group Co., Ltd. was founded.
In October 1994, Fushun Hanking Jingjia Industrial Base was founded, including Jingjia Iron Mines and Jingjia Wood Co., Ltd.
In September 1995, Hanking Group invested over 3,000,000 to build Ma Jun Iron Mines and established Fushun Ma Jun Iron Mine Co., Ltd.
In March 1997, Hanking Group provided funds for structural transformation of Mao Gong Iron Mines and established Fushun Hanking Maogong Iron Mine Co., Ltd.
In July 1997, Hanking group expanded Maogong Iron Mines and added a production line to enlarge the scale of Mining.
In May 1998, Hanking group succeed in structural transformation of Xiaolaihe Iron Mines.
In March 1998, Hanking group succeeded in structural transformation of Aoniu Iron Mines, the largest iron mine in Fushun county, and established Fushun Hanking Aoniu Iron Mine Co., Ltd.
In 2000, Hanking group acquired Shangma Iron Mines, Yanghu Iron Mines, Xiaobao Iron Mines, Liuhe Iron Mines in Dengta City and leased Mianhuabao Iron Mines of Liaoyang Shunfeng Steel Co., Ltd.
In 2001, Hanking Group succeeded in structural transformation of Fushun department store and renamed it “Hanking Department Store”, which started business on September 28, 2001.
In 2002, Hanking group invested RMB 10,000,000 to build the Second Mineral Processing plant of Aoniu Iron Mine.
In 2002, Hanking group cooperated with Beijing Science and Technology University for the project of annually producing 250,000 tons of metallized pellets, which was listed into 10 key projects of 2002 by Fushun Municipal Government.
In June 2003, the Second Mineral Processing Plant of Hanking Aoniu Mines was founded and put into production.
In September 2003, the first phase project of Fushun Hanking D.R.I. Plant with the annual output of 300,000 tons of molten iron was completed and put into production.
In 2003, After issued the production license by Liaoning Department of Geology & Mineral Resources and Liaoning Department of Public Health, Fushun Hanking Gu Quan Food Co., Ltd. started producing mineral water with the brand name“Gu Quan”.
In January 2004, Hanking Group acquired all assets of Fushun Dongcheng Heating Co., Ltd. with bid price of RMB 53,350,000 in an auction and became the first private enterprise that involves in public utilities.
In 2004 Hanking Group developed Benxi Mengjiabao Iron Mine and established Benxi Hanking Mining Co., Ltd.
In June 2004, Hanking Group acquired 75% Chinese shares of Sino-Japan Joint Venture --- Shenyang Dongyang Steel-rolling Co. Ltd., and invested RMB 150 million for the first phase technology reformation of continuous casting & rolling production line. After the first phase technology reformation was completed in the third quarter 2005, the production capacity would be annual output of 360 thousand tons of high quality mechanical structural steel.
In July 2004, Hanking Group succeeded in structural transformation of Shenyang North Trade Mansion and established Shenyang Hanking Department Store 0101 Fashion Town, which started business in November 2005.
In April 2005, Hanking Group acquired the mineral processing plant of Baifeng Mining Co., Ltd. and renamed it “Hanking Aoniu Iron Mine--- the Third Mineral Processing Plant”
In June 2005, Hanking Group acquired Fushun Huapeng Mining Co., Ltd. and renamed it “Fushun Hanking Shangma Iron Mine—Dadong branch”.
In November 2005, Hanking Xiao Shi Ren Mining Co., Ltd. was registered in Baishan city Jilin province and could prospect for gold mine in Xiao Shi Ren area.
In December 2005, Hanking Group became the original shareholder of “Guan Cai 49 Holding Co., Ltd.”
In March 2006, the project of Hanking heavy casting and forging started.
In July 2006, Hanking Group acquired Hailang Mineral Processing Plant in Fushun county.
