Madam Yang, the founder of Hanking Industrial Group Co., Ltd., served as chairperson of the Company’s Board since its inception in 1992 and brought with her over 20 years of management experience. Madam Yang has held several senior positions in the following enterprises: Jing Jia Garment Factory; Jingjia Petrochemical Factory; Jingjia Woolen Clothes Factory, etc. and she is also the president of the Private Mine Chamber of Commerce in Liaoning General Chamber of Commerce.
Madam Yang was awarded the following honorary titles: “National Model Worker”, “2008 National Woman Pace-Setter”, “100 National Excellent Socialism Constructor of Chinese Characteristics”, “10 Chinese Economic Women of 2006” and “10 Economic Figures in Liaoning of 2006”, and in December 2007 she was elected the representative of the 11th National People's Congress.
Madam Yang has a Master from Beijing Normal University, majoring in enterprise management.

Mr. Yang, vice chairman of Hanking Group. He has been the general manager of Tiantian Hao Supermarket, board chairman of Fushun Hanking Shopping Mall Co., Ltd., Board chairman of Fushun D.R.I. Co., Ltd. Board chairman of Shenyang Hanking Shopping Mall Co., Ltd., Board chairman of Shenyang Toyo Steel Co., Ltd. since his joining in Hanking Group in October 2001. In May 2004, Mr. Yang was honored “Ten outstanding young entrepreneur in Fushun city”.
Mr. Yang graduated from Beijing University, majoring in management.
